The hotel had comfortable and clean rooms, though they appeared rather tired with worn carpeting and dated furniture. The service was very friendly and professional, with fluent English-speaking staff. The location was amazing, near many tourist attractions and with 24-hour security. Our stay at the hotel was overall delightful, with its prime location in the heart of Rome and fabulous views of the city. The rooms were comfortable, but a bit dark and cold for our liking. I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! The room was very large with a comfortable King Size bed, making for a cozy stay. However, it felt like wandering through a building site every time we came out of our room, which was a bit of a downside. The location is perfect, allowing me to do one activity, have a rest, then go for another adventure. The dining was the highlight of the stay, offering great views and a welcoming atmosphere.
The hotel had a tea and coffee making facility in the rooms, but the bar lacked draught beer. It felt like walking through a building site outside the room due to construction noise. The room was larger than expected for the category booked.
