Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel had comfortable and clean rooms, though they appeared rather tired with worn carpeting and dated furniture. The service was very friendly and professional, with fluent English-speaking staff. The location was amazing, near many tourist attractions and with 24-hour security. The dining experience offered a variety of options but felt a bit limited in Italian fare. The hotel facilities were satisfactory overall.
Our stay at the hotel was overall delightful, with its prime location in the heart of Rome and fabulous views of the city. The rooms were comfortable, but a bit dark and cold for our liking. Service was lackluster at times, especially with unattended tables and unhelpful recommendations from Francisco at the bar. The dining experience offered typical Italian fare, although of mediocre quality. The hotel's facilities were decent, though nothing extraordinary.
I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! The room was very large with a comfortable King Size bed, making for a cozy stay. However, it felt like wandering through a building site every time we came out of our room, which was a bit of a downside. The location is perfect, allowing me to do one activity, have a rest, then go for another adventure. The dining was the highlight of the stay, offering great views and a welcoming atmosphere.
The hotel had a tea and coffee making facility in the rooms, but the bar lacked draught beer. It felt like walking through a building site outside the room due to construction noise. The room was larger than expected for the category booked.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The room was large and comfortable with a beautiful view of the parliament building and square, but the noise from the bars, restaurants, and early morning activities affected our sleep. The service was top-notch, especially Pietro the barman, who gave us wonderful recommendations. The location was fantastic for exploring historic sites, but there were some noise disruptions. The dining was enjoyable but lacked variety in the breakfast offerings. Overall, a pleasant stay with some drawbacks.
The hotel didn't meet our expectations due to the noise from the bars and restaurants in the evening, and also early in the morning with bin collections and fresh deliveries. However, the central location is a big plus for exploring the city and having the government building right across the street.
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were tasteful and roomy, offering a view over the square and parliament below from the roof terrace and bar. While the noise from rallies outside could be bothersome, waking up to the view of Parliamentary plaza each morning was a highlight. The service was extremely helpful and accommodating, making my experience even better. The location was superb, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to all the major sites. The dining experience, although nice with immediate views, was somewhat repetitive. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, though initially feeling a bit stuffy, were a good size and ready after the first night. The service provided by Colonna, Victoria, and Abdelillah was excellent, making our experience very smooth and enjoyable. The hotel's location, right in front of the Parliament, was the best feature, allowing easy access to all the major sights in Rome. The dining experience, with a typical European buffet breakfast, was meager but satisfying. However, there were a few areas that could be improved to make the stay even better.
My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The location was superb, close to many featured sightseeing spots and felt safe across from Parliament. The rooms were comfortable with excellent service, although dining options were a bit limited. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a pleasant stay.
